Casey Park to Lead TAC - The Arnold Companies Organizational Development Change as New President

Strategic evolution opens new role to support the CEO as part of the expansion and growth of company divisions

DALLAS, Oct. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ --­­ The Arnold Companies (TAC) has appointed Casey Park as President, a newly created role aimed at accelerating the strategic vision and ensuring continued growth across the diverse operations of The Arnold Companies.

Creating the president role marks the next step in a multi-year evolution of TAC as a family investment management and operating company focused on durable growth, operational excellence, and a culture defined by integrity, leadership, efficiency, and a passion for great service.

Under the new structure, Park assumes day-to-day leadership of TAC. Greg Arnold, Chief Executive Officer, will continue in his role, emphasizing that this appointment is not about him stepping back; it is about advancing the future of The Arnold Companies. Park joined TAC in 2013 and has led investments, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise initiatives, delivering long-term value creation over his tenure. Prior to TAC, Park held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Park holds an MBA from The University of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Southern Methodist University.
