Cask Named a North American IT Service Management Implementation Services Leader by Independent Research Firm

SAN DIEGO, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --  Cask, a leading Business and Technology Management Consulting firm, was among thirteen select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in The Forrester Wave™ North American ITSM Implementation Services Providers, Q2 2014.  In this evaluation, Cask was cited as one of only four Leaders in IT Service Management implementation services.  Cask was among the highest scoring vendors in Client Feedback on Service Quality, Client Feedback on Account Management, Scope of Offerings, Strategy for Legacy Modernization, and ITSM services growth rate (year-over-year).  

Forrester's rigorous assessment evaluated "the 13 most significant providers in the category and research, analyzed and scored them."  According to Forrester, Cask is one of four firms that "lead the pack".
