ST. LOUIS, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley today announced the signing of a "Memorandum of Understanding" with London-based GVA Grimley for the creation of a new international partnership.  The new partnership will allow Cassidy Turley to enhance the delivery of services internationally.
