Cassidy Turley Continues Strategic Growth with Key New Hires in Dallas

DALLAS, Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that four tenant representation executives will be joining the company to establish a tenant representation practice in Cassidy Turley's Dallas office. The addition of Greg Biggs, Randy Cooper, Rob Morris and Craig Wilson – all from Cushman & Wakefield's Brokerage Services Group in Texas – is the latest development in Cassidy Turley's strategic growth.

The new brokers will serve in the following roles:

• Mr. Cooper, Vice Chairman of Brokerage Services, Principal;
• Mr. Morris, Vice President, Principal;
• Mr. Wilson, Senior Managing Director, Principal

During his more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Biggs has directed some of the largest transactions in the Dallas Metroplex.  His extensive expertise in corporate services and tenant representation includes a focus on structuring complex build-to-suits, lease negotiations, and acquisitions and dispositions for office and industrial properties as well as land parcels.  Mr. Biggs is a perennial member of the Dallas Business Journal's Heavy Hitters list and has won numerous awards and recognition within the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Cooper joins Cassidy Turley with deep experience in corporate services, including portfolio management and real estate administration. During his nearly 30-year career, Mr. Cooper has represented some of Dallas' premier law firms as well as major corporations. He has completed more than 16 million square feet of assignments since 1983, totaling in excess of $5 billion in transaction volume.  Mr. Cooper has been named NAIOP Broker of the Year and is also consistently profiled in the Dallas Business Journal's Heavy Hitters list.

Mr. Morris brings to Cassidy Turley a national reputation he has garnered as a leading expert in the mission critical real estate segment.  His intimate knowledge of the national data center landscape and experience in strategic consulting for numerous Fortune 500 users has resulted in continued success for his client base.  During his career, Mr. Morris has completed over $250 million in mission critical transactions.  He has been an invited speaker at the DatacenterDynamics conference series as well as a recipient of the 2011 Best Office Lease by the San Antonio Business Journal for his work on a confidential national site selection project.

Mr. Wilson is an expert in consultative transaction services which includes creating strategic real estate plans designed to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and strengthen his clients' employee recruiting and retention.
