- Family businesses with annual revenues of US$50M or greater
- 2nd generation (or later) family members are formally involved in business operations
- Business is majority-controlled by a family (greater than 50%)
- Business is headquartered in the Americas

Americas Families in Business Conference
Following the awards, families are invited to join their peers for two days of thought-leadership, networking, and the sharing of best practices.
