Former Chief Operating Officer Lauri Luker Named President and Chief Customer Officer as Dan Robin Joins Catalina Snacks as COO

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Catalina Snacks®, a leading innovator redefining better-for-you cereals and snacks, announces today an evolution of its leadership structure to support the company's continued growth. Lauri Luker will expand her focus on sales and customer strategy assuming the role as President and Chief Customer Officer, while Dan Robin joins the company as Chief Operating Officer, managing leadership of Catalina Snacks' supply chain operations. Both will report to CEO, Doug Behrens.

In her new role, Luker will focus on strengthening Catalina Snacks' sales organization and customer relationships as the company continues to grow its retail presence. She will be vital in supporting the company's continued expansion and strengthening its partnerships across the retail landscape, as Catalina Crunch is now available in more than 30,000 retailers nationwide.

As Chief Operating Officer, Robin will spearhead Catalina Snacks' supply chain organization, including project management office (PMO), procurement and plant operations. In his role, he will focus on strengthening operational capabilities, driving efficiency and building the infrastructure needed to support the company's continued growth.

Robin joins Catalina Snacks with more than 25 years of operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement leadership experience across high-volume food, packaging and manufacturing environments. Most recently, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Monarca Food Solutions, where he led a turnaround across a six-plant manufacturing network, delivering significant improvements in profitability, quality and safety performance.

Prior to Monarca Food Solutions, Robin held senior operations roles at Hearthside Food Solutions and Peacock Foods, where he led lean transformations and helped build strong safety and quality cultures across teams. Throughout his career, Robin has focused on driving operational excellence through an enterprise-wide leadership approach and a people-first philosophy.
