Catalyst Health Network Launches in North Texas

PLANO, Texas, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Catalyst Health Network is a Texas nonprofit health organization whose sponsor member is StratiFi Health. It is led by Dr. Christopher Crow, co-founder of Village Health Partners, a nationally acclaimed family practice medical group, and Lance Spivey, an executive with 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and financial management. 

Catalyst Health Network is designed to be a clinically integrated network of physicians who have come together to successfully provide coordinated, high quality care to their patients. Catalyst Health Network provides independent physicians a dynamic population health platform that is critical to reach the Triple Aim in healthcare – higher quality, improved cost and an enhanced patient experience.

The network enables physicians to remain independent while enjoying the services and structure needed to be successful in the new value based world of healthcare
