FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The 13th Annual Multiple Sclerosis Foundation's Cruise for a Cause® is preparing to sail January 25th 2014 for a memorable seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruise aboard Celebrity Reflection.
Catch the Health and Wellness Wave when the cruise leaves Miami and heads to the exciting ports of San Juan, Puerto Rico; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; and Philipsburg, St. Maarten. There will be many educational programs and a fun filled line-up of exercises at sea, said Alan Segaloff, co-executive director, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
Along the way, cruisers will learn about yoga, meditation, relaxation, nutrition, exercising, and many other healthy living practices designed to improve their sense of well-being. Activities will be suitable for all levels of ability! News on the "western medicine" front is on the agenda, including updates on medications for progressive MS.
