She has successfully advised clients on numerous health care coverage and reimbursement issues, provided guidance on regulatory and compliance requirements, and advised clients on avoiding potential fraud and abuse claims, as well as defending such claims.

In addition, Catherine has defended Health Care Providers in numerous Government audits, including audits by the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, the New York State Attorney General, the Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, and the Department of Justice. Furthermore, she is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans' benefits.

Catherine earned her J.D., cum laude from New York Law School and also holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Health Law Section as well as the American Health Lawyers Association. She also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Community Access, Inc. and Secretary of the Advisory Board for the Lollipop Theater Network.
