Cat's Pride® Fresh & Light® Celebrates Free Litter Caturday™ with More Than One Million Pounds of Free Litter

CHICAGO, July 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cat's Pride^® is giving away more than one million pounds of free Cat's Pride^® Fresh & Light^® cat litter on Free Litter Caturday™, July 27-28. Participating retailers in more than 30 locations throughout the Northeast, the region with the highest cat-ownership¹, will participate in the large-scale giveaway with free 11-pound samples and coupons 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT both days.

Ganzert will accept the check on behalf American Humane Association during a presentation on July 27. The monetary donation will help further efforts to provide shelter and care for cats across the country. Any remaining Cat's Pride^® Fresh & Light^® will be donated and distributed to shelters with the assistance of American Humane Association following Free Litter Caturday™.
