(NASDAQ: CBAT) ("CBAK Energy", or the "Company"), a leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer and electric energy solution provider in China, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024 on Monday, March 17, 2025, before the U.S. market opens. The earnings results will be available on the Company's Investor Relations website, and will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a Form 8-K.
