DeMarco as Chief Investment Officer, a newly created position to accelerate the growth of the firm through corporate level acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. With extensive experience in real estate investments and finance, Mr. DeMarco will also help to develop CCRE's corporate strategy. He will report to Anthony Orso, Chief Executive Officer of CCRE.

Mr. DeMarco joins Cantor from Vornado, where he served as an Executive Vice President and a member of their executive management team. Previously, he was a Partner at Fortress Investment Group, where he was responsible for North American real estate investments, and a senior banker at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on mergers and IPOs, and helped launch their CMBS Program. He also held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Arthur Andersen. Mr. DeMarco is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a BBA in Accounting and History from Pace University, and an MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
