CDEL & TSTUDY Reach Exclusive Distribution Agreement

BEIJING, May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Distance Education Holdings Limited (NYSE: DL) ("CDEL" or the "Company"), a leading provider of online education in China focusing on professional education, today announced that TSTUDY CO. LTD., ("TSTUDY"), an integrated education technology company and an affiliate of Time Education, one of the largest private education companies in Korea, has granted the Company the exclusive distribution right for its proprietary digital educational products and software including Symphony, TStudy Interactive Whiteboard, Dotnote and Tnote in the People's Republic of China's public education market (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).  

Symphony is a fully interactive classroom solution comprising of digital pens and proprietary software. Dotnote is a personal lecture making, note management, and homework management program primarily utilizing TStudy digital pens, a unique new technology which digitally transcribes notes taken on specialized dot pattern paper notebooks.  Tnote is an online based distance learning solution comprising of digital pens and a comprehensive online learning management system which enables teachers to fully interact with students online.
