CE Power Expands to Northern Indiana
The move expands the breadth of electrical power equipment engineering, testing, maintenance, and upgrade services in the Midwest United States.
CINCINNATI, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CE Power Engineered Services, LLC (CE Power) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets formally held within Magnetech's Merrillville, Indiana service center. The Merrillville service center will begin to operate as a branch of CE Power Engineered Services, LLC.
The acquisition of the Merrillville service center will allow CE Power to establish a physical presence in the Northwestern Indiana and greater Chicago markets, allowing for greater customer service to existing and new customers. The acquisition will also provide greater penetration into the steel and industrial markets of the Midwest.
Magnetech's Merrillville, Indiana service center specializes in providing total maintenance, repair and overhaul services for circuit breakers and switchgear. Their extensive knowledge and experience in the industrial, commercial, and utility markets enables them to provide a full complement of services for all major brands. With expanded engineering and technical resources, as well as increased capabilities in circuit breaker and switchgear repair and refurbishment, the combination provides significant benefits for existing clients of CE Power as well.
