Cedar Fair Sets Record Date for Special Meeting of Unitholders

SANDUSKY, Ohio, Dec. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, announced today that its Board of Directors has set December 9, 2010 as the record date for unitholders eligible to vote at the special meeting to consider certain proposals by Q Funding III, L.P. and Q4 Funding, L.P.  The Company will announce the date and location of the special meeting once they are determined.
