Censeo Named Top Ten in The Vault Consulting 50 "The Best Consulting Firms to Work For" Ranking

WASHINGTON, Sept. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Censeo Consulting Group, a leader in operations and supply chain consulting, announced today that it has ranked tenth in The Vault Consulting 50 Ranking for 2013, a ranking of the nation's top consulting firms to work for from Vault.com, a well-recognized career resource.

Censeo earned top three rankings in the following areas: work/life balance, hours in the office, hiring process, firm culture, employee satisfaction, diversity for minorities, and supervisor relationships.

As part of Vault's annual Management and Strategy Consulting Survey, conducted from March through July, more than 5,000 consultants of all levels responded and ranked their own firm's quality of life. The Vault Consulting 50 ranking was compiled using a weighted formula that reflects the issues such as firm's prestige, satisfaction, culture, compensation, work life balance, overall business outlook and promotion policies. The survey is only open to consultants who are currently employed at reputable firms in the industry. When rating quality of life issues, consultants were only permitted to rate their own firm. For prestige and practice area rankings, however, consultants were only allowed to rate competitors, and not their own firms.

"We are very proud to be recognized by Vault as a top 10 firm to work for and while we're small, we ranked as high as some of the larger top firms in the industry.  At Censeo, we've worked hard to build a firm that is unlike any other," said Lido Ramadan, president of Censeo.  "Not only do we help organizations operate more effectively and ensure maximum return for every invested dollar, but we truly value our people and give them a better way to manage and balance work and their life."

"Censeo's performance on Vault's Consulting 50 ranking proves that the company is a great place to work. The firm has a strong commitment to ensuring that its employees are able to balance the demands of working in a highly competitive industry with their lives outside of work. And the firm's top 10 position on our overall ranking demonstrates the high degree of satisfaction that Censeo's consultants have with the firm," said Phil Stott, Consulting Industry Editor at Vault.
