WASHINGTON, May 2, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- 2010 Business Dynamics Statistics (BDS) — This Census Bureau brief highlights the most recent update to the Business Dynamics Statistics, which found that U.S. business startups have been declining since the 1980s and especially during the 2008-2009 recession. The report concludes that the U.S. has become less entrepreneurial as a result of the decline in startups and the lack of activity by young businesses.
