Teen births have declined sharply over the years. Find out more on Friday at approximately 9:15 a.m. EDT as Stephanie Ventura, chief of the National Center for Health Statistics' Reproductive Statistics Branch, discusses the shifts in childbearing over the years. Each Friday, C-SPAN's "America by the Numbers" segment features information from the federal statistical system.
