Centricity to Present at the 8th Annual Extended Warranty and Service Contract Innovations Summit
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Sept. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Centricity, an affiliate of Bankers Financial Corporation, will present on innovation and consumer trends for the service contract industry at the 8th annual Extended Warranty and Service Contract Innovations Summit. The event will be held in Nashville, TN, from September 13th – 15th.
The conference focuses on innovation in multiple areas including; impact of technology on the industry, product development and strategy, and how to meet the customer where they are. Industry leaders will hear how to transform and differentiate their warranty and service contract programs across ever-changing markets.
Centricity President Dawn Morris is co-chairing the Service Support Innovations portion of the conference with Angie Tuglus, Executive Vice President of Insurance Operations at Ally Financial. Morris is also presenting a session, "Branding for Innovation," at 3:20 p.m. on the opening day of the conference.

Centricity VP of Partnership Strategy Jocelyn Getson is participating in a panel, "Strategies to Drive Service Contract Sales on Digital and Direct Channels," which is moderated by Steve Gusa from Sears. The panel also includes Mark Shaw from Nebraska Furniture Mart and Erik Hickly from Microsoft. The panel begins at 11:25 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13th. Getson is also presenting on the top consumer trends during the last day of the conference at 1:10 p.m.
