Century 21 China Real Estate Files 2014 Annual Report on Form 20-F and Appoints Grant Thornton as Independent Auditor
BEIJING, April 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- IFM Investments Limited (OTC: CTCLY) ("Century 21 China Real Estate"), a leading comprehensive real estate services provider and the exclusive franchisor for the CENTURY 21® brand in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2014 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Company has also announced to engage Grant Thornton as its independent auditor to replace PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP ("PwC") effective upon the issuance of their report on our consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014. Following consultation with PwC, the Company's Audit Committee confirms that there is no disagreement between the Company and PwC on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure. The engagement of Grant Thornton as the independent auditor was approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company on April 27, 2014. Grant Thornton will promptly commence working on the audit of the Company's financial statements as of and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015.
