CEO Dhaval Jadav Welcomes Jim Redpath to alliantgroup's Strategic Advisory Board

Redpath brings to the firm his decades of experience in public accounting and an extensive background in tax and business planning. In his new consultative position, Redpath will play an important role in advising alliantgroup on its future strategic initiatives.

Redpath is currently a partner and a member of the Board of Directors at Redpath and Company. Serving as a client manager with a primary focus on tax planning and consulting, he specializes in business structuring and ownership succession, as well as corporate, partnership and international consulting. Redpath also holds extensive experience in advising individuals, families and closely held businesses on tax matters.

Redpath is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) and an active member of the Employee Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA), an organization that provides a voice for the Subchapter S Corp ESOP community in Washington, D.C. He is also a former Chairman of the Advisory Board for the S Corporation Association.
