Teresa Celmer and Sydney Davis Join Executive Leadership Team to Strengthen Marketing, Technology and Franchise Support

Celmer brings more than 25 years of marketing leadership experience with brands including BrightStar Care, Ace Hardware, Bosch and Fellowes Brands.

As CMO, she leads CertaPro Painters' marketing strategy, focusing on brand growth, customer experience and franchise success. Her experience with franchise and multi-location businesses will help connect national marketing initiatives with the needs of local franchise owners.

Sydney Davis, Chief Information Officer

Davis brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, including digital transformations, enterprise system implementations and major integrations across complex organizations.

As CIO, she oversees technology infrastructure and business applications, focusing on solutions that simplify operations, improve efficiency and provide franchise owners and their teams with tools to run their businesses more effectively.
