Certent Announces Technology Partnership with Resolver

Integration will add SOX and global risk compliance capabilities to Certent's Disclosure Management suite.

TORONTO, Dec. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Certent, Inc., a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for equity compensation and financial disclosure management, today announced a technology partnership with Resolver. Resolver's cloud-based software protects over 1,000 companies worldwide through its fully-integrated risk, compliance, security and audit platform – including applications that specifically address Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs.

The partnership will bring expanded disclosure management and SOX compliance solutions immediately to more than 3,400 Certent and Resolver customers by offering direct access to Resolver's simple yet powerful platform for managing their SOX compliance programs and related reporting from start to finish. The SOX/ICFR application is fully aligned to the Council of Sponsoring Organization's (COSO) Internal Control Framework while also reflecting relevant audit standards put forth by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
