CES 2014: Altair Semiconductor Partners With Roundbox to Commercialize LTE eMBMS Broadcast

Altair Semiconductor (http://www.altair-semi.com), the world's leading developer of high-performance, single-mode LTE chipsets, and Roundbox (http://www.roundbox.com), the leader in optimized video & data delivery for service providers today announced a partnership to provide an integrated solution bringing together Altair's LTE chipset and Roundbox's Services Platform and Client Software supporting evolved Multicast Broadcast Service (eMBMS).  The integrated solution offers LTE service providers an effective way to lower cost per bit when delivering the same content simultaneously to multiple end users.
