With approximately $450 million of combined assets under administration*, the following financial professionals and firms joined Cetera during the second quarter of 2025:

• Dennis Hellwig – Dennis joined Cetera Networks from Osaic after interviewing with one of Cetera Networks' unique regions, North Ridge Wealth Planning LLC. He said that through that interview, he saw an opportunity to reclaim the culture and tools he needed to run his practice – elements he felt were lacking elsewhere in the industry.
• Andrew Focht – Andrew joined Cetera Wealth Management Group through the firm Rose Point Capital Advisors from Wells Fargo. Focht noted that Cetera's strong support and technology will help him expand the high-touch experience for clients. He also highlighted the expanded access to investment products offered by Cetera.
• Frank DePaola – Frank DePaola and his team recently joined Cetera Wealth Partners from Osaic Wealth in order to benefit from the broker-dealer's outstanding tools and white-glove service.
