Chadbourne & Parke Expands London Insolvency and Restructuring Practice With New Partner Hire

NEW YORK, May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP today announced that John Verrill has joined the Firm's London office as a partner in the insolvency and financial restructuring group.

Mr. Verrill comes to Chadbourne from Dundas & Wilson, a leading UK corporate and commercial firm, where he was co-head of the insolvency and restructuring team, and before that was a partner at Lawrence Graham LLP.

With over 25 years of experience in the corporate recovery sector, Mr. Verrill is a highly qualified restructuring partner. During his career, he has advised on restructuring and insolvency issues in a wide range of sectors, both debtor and creditor side, with a particular focus on complex cross-border insolvency matters and company voluntary arrangements. He has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious roles.
