LAS VEGAS, Jan. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Etransfr Corp. today announced that their Chadder.im app will use Rivetz to protect the messaging-keys and encryption-process from malware on Android phones. The solution will provide one of the most secure messaging solutions for mobile. The solution will also support the Trusted User Interface standards assuring that data presented on the display-screen cannot be compromised by an altered operating system.
Chadder is committed to providing a great user messaging experience that is built on a foundation of well executed security. Security is not an option but a requirement in 2015. Protection of user information and privacy should be built into all products. Etransfr continues this commitment to supporting the best technologies by integrating RivetzSDK into the Chadder application.
In today's highly compromised world key protection is not enough. Rivetz takes security to the next level by using the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) on ARM to protect the private keys that are used to encrypt every message and image. Rivetz also provides an encryption decryption environment that is fully isolated and protected from the operating system on the device assuring that malware will not be able to steal keys that are in use. Rivetz will also provide Chadder with the ability to prove that messages are properly protected when sent, assuring a new compliance model for secure-global-communications.
The Rivetz enabled Chadder messaging application will be offered as a premium-service in early 2015. The solution will interoperate with the existing software only Chadder app on Android, Windows and iOS platforms.
"We are very excited to support the Etransfr team with state-of-the-art mobile cyber-security," said Steven Sprague, CEO of Rivetz Corp. "Chadder's focus on customer usage demonstrates that great security does not require users to make the trade-off between a great product experience by compromising their security and privacy."
"Integration of Rivetz is a simple integration of the RivetzSDK for our developers, and eliminates many of the known vulnerabilities to hiding secrets on mobile devices," said Felipe Such, Co-founder and CTO Etransfr. "RivetzSDK offered us easy-access to the TEE environment and an awesome product differentiator."
Chadder.im will be demonstrated at Eureka Park Sands in Booth 75461. The app is available for download on Android, Windows Phone, and iOS platforms at www.chadder.im.
