Chainlink CCIP Goes Live on Aptos, Unlocking DeFi Liquidity and Advancing Institutional Adoption With Aave

Financial institutions leveraging Chainlink can now enter the Aptos ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of Aptos' tokenized RWA economy.

This marks the first integration of the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) on a Move-based blockchain, enhancing interoperability across 60+ EVM and non-EVM blockchains. With this development, Aave's GHO will be natively available on Aptos as a Cross-Chain Token (CCT). Additional CCTs, uniBTC and brBTC by Bedrock are also now live, enabling users to transfer assets today through the CCIP-powered Interport app.
