Champion Energy Services Supports Youth Sports as Grand Sponsor of Westbury Little League
HOUSTON, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Scott Fordham, president and chief executive officer, has announced that Champion Energy Services (www.championenergyservices.com) recently signed as the grand sponsor for Westbury Little League (www.westburyll.org), home of the 1966 little league world champions.
Among its sponsorship commitments, Champion Energy is providing updated signage at the entrance of the ballpark and throughout the complex. The company has also created a program with a two-pronged benefit for Westbury Little League families and supporters: exceptional electricity rates for new Champion Energy residential customers and a financial contribution from Champion Energy to the league for each sign-up under the program through March 31, 2011.
"Youth sports are an important hub for community activities," said Fordham, "and Champion Energy is honored to support Westbury Little League players and their families."
More than 350 players ages five to 12 are participating in Westbury Little League's 2010 spring season.
