HOUSTON, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Scott Fordham, president and chief executive officer, today announced that Champion Energy Services (www.championenergyservices.com) has secured a contract to provide electric energy for Nabors Industries (www.nabors.com), an S&P 500 oil, natural gas and geothermal drilling contractor operating on land throughout the Americas, the Middle East, The Far East and Africa.
The 36-month contract goes into effect May 2010 for Champion Energy to supply electric energy to five business units, including:
- Nabors Drilling USA LP (nine locations)
- Nabors Well Services Co. (82 locations)
- Peak USA (one location)
- Ryan Energy Technologies (one location)
- Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. – (five locations)
