Chancellor Harris holds a Ph.D. in public policy from Indiana University, a master's degree from Tel-Aviv University, and a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Institute for Educational Management and the Management Development Program. He is the author of four books and has published more than 40 professional papers and book chapters.
