Charis Holdings, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Justin State Bank

DALLAS, July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Charis Holdings, Inc., ("Charis") a Dallas-based bank holding company, completed its acquisition of Justin State Bank ("JSB") on Friday, May 18, 2018. Based in Justin, Texas, the 111-year-old community bank has one location that serves the Justin community and surrounding markets.

Charis was advised in this transaction by Commerce Street Capital, LLC as financial advisor and Alston & Bird LLP as legal counsel.  JSB was advised by Klimko Law Firm PLLC as legal counsel and obtained a fairness opinion from Sheshunoff & Co. Investment Banking LP.
