"Charlie" Smith, M.D., announces the opening of Dr. Smith Direct Care, a new, direct primary care practice conveniently located in West Little Rock. Now accepting appointments for adult patients of all ages, Dr. Smith Direct Care offers high-quality, low-cost care with ready access to Dr. Smith.
