Charlie Ditkoff Joins MTS Health Partners as Senior Advisor
NEW YORK, Dec. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Health Partners, L.P. (MTS), a solely healthcare focused, independent, New York-based investment bank, announced that Charlie Ditkoff has joined the firm as senior advisor.
Mr. Ditkoff joins the MTS leadership team of eleven partners. He has more than two decades of healthcare focused, investment banking experience and was one of the most recognized bankers covering healthcare on Wall Street. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Ditkoff has cultivated an unparalleled network of deep relationships with both investors and companies within the healthcare services industry.

Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Ditkoff was vice chairman and head of global healthcare corporate and investment banking ("GCIB") at Bank of America Merrill Lynch ("BAML"). He joined BAML in 1999 as managing director, responsible for BAML's coverage of healthcare service providers, technology and distribution. He was given responsibility for all of GCIB's healthcare services coverage in 2003. Under his direction, BAML gained the leading market share in the sector in mergers and acquisitions as well as financings. Prior to joining BAML, he spent five years in the corporate finance group at Morgan Stanley, primarily focused on healthcare. Mr. Ditkoff also worked at Credit Suisse as vice president and was an associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore practicing corporate securities law.
Mr. Ditkoff earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Brown University and his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
