Charlotte M&A Firm Expands on Strength of Local Small Business Acquisition Activity
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, a middle market M&A firm that has been helping entrepreneurs in Charlotte to sell their businesses since 1996, has officially announced the grand opening of their second location in Cornelius, NC. Headquartered in Ballantyne, Viking's second office will offer the same M&A services to entrepreneurs in the Lake Norman/North Charlotte area. Viking's new office is located at 18809 West Catawba Avenue, #102, Cornelius, NC.

To celebrate the move into Lake Norman, Viking Mergers & Acquisitions will be hosting an Open House on January 27th, 2016 from 11:00AM to 7:00PM. The Open House will begin with an official ribbon cutting with the Lake Norman Chamber at 11:00AM, followed by lunch, raffles, office tours and networking. From 5:00PM – 7:00PM, there will be an after-hours mixer, offering light appetizers and beverages and a ribbon cutting with the Charlotte Chamber. In addition to a second office, the Viking team is excited to announce the official acquisition of Make an Impact Consulting, a small business consulting firm founded by Dale Gillmore. Dale Gillmore joins Viking Mergers with over 20 years of experience in advising privately-held businesses as well as owning and operating the 2nd largest CPA firm in Charlotte. Dale is working alongside Jay Offerdahl to expand Viking's efforts to assist entrepreneurs in securing their futures through succession, retirement and estate planning services.
