Charter Next Generation Appoints Mike Manke as Chief Information Officer

Newly created role will lead enterprise technology strategy and support CNG's continued growth

CHICAGO, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Next Generation (CNG), a leading provider of material science solutions, today announced the appointment of Mike Manke as Chief Information Officer, a newly created role that will lead the company's enterprise technology strategy and help advance CNG's next phase of growth.

Mike will report to Chairman and CEO Kathy Bolhous and serve on CNG's Executive Leadership Team. He will lead CNG's information technology organization, with responsibility for enterprise systems, data and analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital capabilities. His appointment reflects CNG's continued investment in technology as a strategic enabler of stronger operating performance and a more scalable enterprise.

Mike brings more than 30 years of technology and transformation experience across industries and geographies. Most recently, he served as chief information officer at PremiStar, where he spent four and a half years developing and executing a multiyear technology strategy focused on unified enterprise platforms, stronger data capabilities, and advanced digital and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Previously, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, Digital, and Innovation at Stericycle, where he helped lead major enterprise resource planning transformations and other strategic technology initiatives. Across his career in industry and consulting, he has also worked with companies including Baxter, W.W. Grainger, Olin, and Duracell to develop and implement technology strategies that improve business performance.
