Floyd, a global food industry executive, has held leadership roles at several household name-brands throughout her career. She will help set the product development course for Sabra's next phase of growth as consumer adoption of hummus expands beyond dipping.

Prior to joining Sabra, Floyd served as vice president for Kellogg North America Snacks R&D, leading areas of innovation, cost optimization, and supply chain support research and development. Previously, at Kellogg, she held several North America and global leadership positions across categories from cereal to snacks to frozen foods in retail, food service, and other specialty channels. Her work included positions in Sydney Australia and overseeing the broader Asia Pacific region. Earlier in her career, Floyd worked at General Mills and Pillsbury in product development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science and a PhD in Food Science from Texas A&M University. Floyd and her family will live in Chesterfield County, VA near Sabra's Center of Excellence.
