Chicagoland Chamber Announces Google Exec Margo Georgiadis as Keynote Speaker for 2016 Annual Meeting

CHICAGO, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce announced today that Margo Georgiadis, president, Americas for Google, will serve as the keynote speaker during its 112^th Annual Meeting on June 7, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Georgiadis leads Google's commercial operations in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Her prior roles at Google include leading global sales operations and expanding local and commerce businesses, such as Google Wallet and Google Places. She is also the former chief operating officer of Groupon.

In addition to the keynote, the 112^th Annual Meeting will feature the presentation of the 5^th Annual James Tyree Emerging Business Leadership Award, which is presented annually to a fast-growing entrepreneur with strong philanthropic values.
