Chicago's Fusion92, Dean Media Unite, Broaden Integrated Marketing Resources
CHICAGO, March 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago's Fusion92 and Dean Media today announced the signing of a definitive agreement in which the two agencies will come together to become one of Chicago's largest and fastest growing independent marketing agencies. Fusion92 led the purchase of Dean Media.

The merger brings together long-time entrepreneurs Murphy and Jon Dean, founder of Dean Media. The company, whose headquarters will remain in Chicago's River North neighborhood at 440 W. Ontario, will be led by Murphy with Dean taking a role as senior vice president of strategy. Dean Media will continue operating as a brand of Fusion92.
The merger also means expected growth for the agency, while creating job opportunities for marketing professionals.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
