Chicken of the Sea Supports Cabrillo Marine Aquarium's 5th Annual Sustainable Seafood Expo
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicken of the Sea® will sponsor and participate in Cabrillo Marine Aquarium's 5th Annual Sustainable Seafood Expo on October 6 and 7, reinforcing their enduring commitment to sustainability.
In celebration of National Seafood Month, the festivities will begin on October 6 with a Chef's Table Dinner prepared by Chicken of the Sea's Global Corporate Executive Chef, John DeLoia. The dishes will be prepared with sustainable seafood from Chicken of the Sea and will be served as the sun sets over Cabrillo Beach. On October 7, Cabrillo Marine Aquarium will hold the 5th Annual Sustainable Seafood Expo in partnership with Autumn Sea Fair. As part of the Sustainable Seafood Expo, Chicken of the Sea will offer consumers the chance to sample the brand's newest addition to its family of products – Infusions. The Infusions sampling will include all four of the new, sustainably sourced product's flavors; Lemon & Thyme, Sundried Tomato, Basil & Thai Chili. Chicken of the Sea will also be offering samples of its Genova product which is certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), the world's leading certification standard for sustainable, wild-caught seafood.

The expo will take place from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 7 at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, 3720 Stephen M. White Dr., San Pedro.
