Chicken Salad Chick of Spanish Fork is owned and operated by father-son-nephew trio, Michael, Rylan, and Jordan Mills. They comprise their franchise group, MJR Holdings LLC and marks the group's second Chicken Salad Chick restaurant, following the opening of the brand's first Utah restaurant in Pleasant Grove in June. The venture is a family affair, with their wives also playing active roles in restaurant operations. Looking ahead, their team plans to develop an additional four restaurants throughout Utah. Collectively, the Mills bring years of accounting and small business management to the table and are eager to continue growing their partnership with the brand.

"Rylan and I are proud to continue growing our business portfolio with Chicken Salad Chick right here in Utah County," said Michael Mills, co-owner of Chicken Salad Chick of Spanish Fork. "Since opening our Pleasant Grove restaurant this summer, we've been overwhelmed by the support from our local community, and it's been rewarding to see guests embrace us. We can't wait to build on that momentum in Spanish Fork and introduce Chicken Salad Chick's unique dining experience to even more residents."

Chicken Salad Chick is known for its dozen-plus variety of made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, fresh sides, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches, and desserts. The new Spanish Fork restaurant offers in-restaurant dining, drive-thru, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering options.

"We're so excited to be growing Chicken Salad Chick's footprint in Utah," said Scott Deviney, CEO and president of Chicken Salad Chick. "Michael and Rylan have done a great job spearheading this market's expansion, they will continue to play an important role in our broader western expansion. Not only do they have the entrepreneurial spirit we value in franchise partners, but a real commitment to hospitality and dedication to the communities they serve. We look forward to celebrating their continued success as they grow."

Giving back to the community is an important focus for the Spanish Fork team and the Chicken Salad Chick brand, which established the CSC Foundation to support CURE Childhood Cancer and local food banks with fundraisers throughout the year. As part of pre-opening Friends & Family events in Spanish Fork, the restaurant will be raising money for Project Sleep Tight, a nonprofit organization providing free emotional security items to homeless, foster, refugee, and displaced children.
