The ALL award, created in 2014, will be presented on April 27, opening night of the 2016 AWESOME symposium at Nike World Headquarters near Portland, Oregon in the U.S.

- Increase the representation of women across the pipeline – 40 percent at entry-level positions and 35 percent in key positions

- Establish dedicated executive-level groups to raise the bar on its aspirations for women
