China All Access Develops the Emergency Satellite Mobile Command Centre System

Recently, the Emergency Satellite Mobile Command Centre System, which has won the bid in Xi'an's fire department, is equipped with unmanned aircraft video surveillance system and co-ordinates from air to ground, fix to mobile full range, and three-dimensional multi-media video emergency command. This further enhances the frontline command capabilities at emergency and disaster sites. The above system will also provide security and fire protection to the Xi'an International Horticultural Exposition 2011 in China.

City fire is the major and most frequent disaster among earthquake, fire and flood. The recent major fire disasters have cost human lives and property to the country. Such new fire safety situation has brought new challenges to information technology and emergency communication command of public security and fire safety.
