China Marine to Present at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual China Investment Conference to be Held March 6-8

Chairman Pengfei Liu and Mr. Marco Ku, Chief Financial Officer, will present on behalf of the Company on Monday, March 7, 2011, at 12:45 pm. The Company management will also participate in one-on-one meetings with analysts and investors during the two-day event.
