China Renaissance Allocates $100M to BNB in Landmark Web3 Move with YZi Labs

HONG KONG, Aug. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- China Renaissance Holdings Limited (HKEx: 1911.HK) announced a strategic partnership with YZi Labs Management Ltd to accelerate the development of the BNB Chain ecosystem and advance real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

As part of the agreement, China Renaissance will allocate approximately $100 million to BNB, becoming the first Hong Kong-listed company to explicitly include BNB as part of its proprietary digital asset allocation.

The collaboration will focus on three key initiatives:

• BNB Allocation: A dedicated $100 million investment reflects China Renaissance's commitment to participating directly in the BNB ecosystem's growth.
• Compliant Financial Products & Listings: In partnership with China Asset Management (Hong Kong), the parties will explore SFC-compliant digital-asset funds. Separately, China Renaissance will work with relevant ecosystem partners to facilitate compliant listings of BNB on SFC-licensed Hong Kong virtual asset trading platforms.
• RWA Fund Launch: A new fund targeting several hundred million dollars will tokenize traditional assets—including real estate and bonds—using BNB Chain infrastructure.
