WUHAN, China, March 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- China Xiniya Fashion Limited ("Xiniya" or the "Company") (NYSE AMERICAN: XNY) is pleased to announce that the proposed resolution set out in the notice of the EGM, dated February 12, 2018, was duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll at the EGM held on March 1, 2018.

As at the date of the EGM, the total number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue was 1,000,000,000 shares. The shareholders and authorized proxies holding an aggregate of 996,111,129 Shares, representing 99.61% of the total ordinary shares in issue were present at the commencement of the EGM.

The number of ordinary shares represented by votes at the EGM was as follows:

an additional 1,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of a par value of
US$0.00005 each to rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing Ordinary Shares.
