Chinese Hospital Association to Host Sino-US Hospital CEO Dinner Program at Studer Group's 10th Annual What's Right in Health Care® Conference
GULF BREEZE, Fla., Oct. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Industries are globalizing rapidly and healthcare is no exception. This new reality opens up a wealth of learning opportunities for nations on every corner of the globe. The Chinese Hospital Association is hosting a group of twenty-two Chinese Hospital CEOs that will attend Studer Group's What's Right in Health Care® conference. In order to maximize their experiences while in the United States, The Chinese Hospital Association will host a special Sino-US Hospital CEO Dinner Program on October 10th from 7:00 – 9:00pm.
This opportunity will allow healthcare executives from around the world to share their best practices and discuss views on topics such as improving quality and patient safety, reducing costs, and more. The dinner is an invitation-only event that will be attended by the head of the Chinese Hospital Association, twelve Presidents from various Chinese Hospitals and those CEOs attending What's Right in Health Care® that would like to attend.
During a visit to China in 2011, Studer Group® Founder, Quint Studer, was amazed by the large bed size of hospitals but was not surprised by the commonalities in healthcare focuses and concerns. "The passion and tremendous dedication to improve healthcare is the same in China as it is in the United States," says Studer. "We are honored that the contingents from China have chosen What's Right in Health Care® as a venue to learn best practices specifically around flow and communication, as well as their willingness to present and share information so attendees can learn from them." Quint will be in attendance at the dinner program and looks forward to additional learning and forged relationships between CEO's across the United States and the contingents from China.
