Southeast-Based Wealth Management Business with Approximately $275 Million in Assets Further Expands Firm's Footprint

GreerWalker LLP and Choreo to Enter Into Ongoing Strategic Partnership

CHICAGO, Dec. 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Choreo, LLC (Choreo) today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire GreerWalker Wealth LLC, an entity affiliated with GreerWalker LLP. In addition to the acquisition, Choreo and GreerWalker LLP will enter into a strategic partnership to further accelerate the growth of their respective businesses.

With approximately $275 million in assets under management, GreerWalker Wealth LLC represents a second expansion of Choreo's footprint in the Southeast and increases the firm's total assets under management and advisement to approximately $14.8 billion¹. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, pending satisfaction of customary conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This announcement represents the third acquisition by Choreo since Parthenon Capital, together with Choreo management and advisors, purchased the company from one of the largest CPA and professional services firms in the country in February of 2022.
