New Class of Drugs to Revolutionize the Treatment of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia 

Chronic myelogenous leukemia is a type of blood cancer that cannot be cured with normal treatments. Hence, a new class of drugs known as Tyrosine-Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs) has been developed that is resulting in the more effective treatment of CML.
