Office building is first speculative project in the Carolinas to utilize the smart glass system
DURHAM, N.C., Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Principal Real Estate Investors and Tri Properties announced today that Churchill Hall, a 150,000 square foot office development, will be the first Class A office building in the Carolinas to use View Dynamic Glass. The building is located at the corner of Page Road and Miami Boulevard within the award-winning Imperial Center business park at the intersection of Interstates 40 and 540.
